Vertical Video Publisher は、多良間 健登が自ら所有・運営する YouTube チャンネルおよび Instagram アカウントへ、制作済みの縦型動画を予約投稿するための個人用ツールです。
管理用スプレッドシートに登録された動画ファイル・タイトル・説明文・公開予定時刻を読み取り、指定時刻に対象チャンネルへ投稿します。投稿先は、運営者自身が所有・運営するチャンネルおよびアカウントに限定されています。
本ツールは多良間 健登のみが利用します。一般に公開しておらず、第三者がアカウント登録やログインを行うことはできません。公開されたユーザーインターフェースを持たず、運営者自身の端末上でスクリプトとして動作します。
投稿する動画は、すべて運営者自身が権利を有する制作済みの素材です。タイトルおよび説明文も、登録前に運営者が作成・確認しています。本ツールがこれらの内容を自動生成または改変することはありません。
本ツールは、投稿に必要な情報と各プラットフォームの認可情報のみを取り扱います。視聴者その他の第三者に関する情報を取得・収集・保存・分析することはありません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Vertical Video Publisher is a personal tool used by 多良間 健登 to schedule and publish finished vertical videos to YouTube channels and Instagram accounts that 多良間 健登 owns and operates.
The tool reads the video file, title, description and scheduled publish time from a spreadsheet the operator maintains, and publishes them to the designated channel at the scheduled time. Publishing targets are limited to channels and accounts owned and operated by 多良間 健登.
This tool is operated only by 多良間 健登. It is not publicly available, and no third party can register for or sign in to it. It has no public user interface and runs as a script on the operator's own machine.
Every video published through this tool is finished material to which the operator holds the rights. Titles and descriptions are written and reviewed by the operator before they are entered into the tool. The tool does not generate or alter this content.
The tool handles only the information required to publish, together with the authorization credentials issued by each platform. It does not access, collect, store or analyze any information about viewers or any other third party. See the Privacy Policy for details.
