本規約は、多良間 健登（以下「当方」）が運用する Vertical Video Publisher（以下「本ツール」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本ツールは当方のみが利用します。一般利用者向けに提供しておらず、第三者からのアカウント登録、ログイン、利用の申込みを受け付けていません。公開されたユーザーインターフェースを持たず、当方自身の端末上でスクリプトとして動作します。
本ツールは、当方が制作した動画ファイルと、当方が作成したタイトル・説明文・公開予定時刻を、当方が所有・運営する YouTube チャンネルおよび Instagram アカウントへ投稿します。投稿する内容および投稿の可否は、投稿前にすべて当方が決定します。本ツールが内容を自動生成または改変することはありません。
本ツールは YouTube API Services を利用しています。本ツールの利用には、あわせて以下が適用されます。
本ツールは第三者に提供されないため、当方以外の者による利用は想定していません。当方以外の者が本ツールまたはその認可情報へアクセスし、これを使用する行為を禁止します。
本ツールにおける情報の取扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりとします。
本ツールは当方自身の作業のために当方が開発・運用するものであり、第三者に対していかなる保証も行いません。
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、冒頭の最終更新日を改めます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。

These terms set out the conditions of use for Vertical Video Publisher ("the Tool"), operated by 多良間 健登 ("we").
The Tool is used only by us. It is not offered to the general public, and we do not accept registrations, sign-ins or applications to use it from any third party. It has no public user interface and runs as a script on our own machine.
The Tool publishes video files we produced, together with titles, descriptions and scheduled publish times we wrote, to YouTube channels and Instagram accounts that we own and operate. Every decision about what is published, and whether it is published at all, is made by us beforehand. The Tool does not generate or alter that content.
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. The following also apply to its use:
Because the Tool is not provided to any third party, use by anyone other than us is not contemplated. Accessing and using the Tool, or its authorization credentials, by anyone other than us is prohibited.
Information handled by the Tool is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Tool is built and operated by us for our own work. We make no warranty of any kind to any third party.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
